Wonderful apartment ideal x5 and located in the center, just 100m from the Quintino Sella station and 800m from the Central Station. Furnished with taste, it has every comfort such as a washing machine, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which has a jacuzzi, and offers spaces both for work, with two desks and fiber connection, and for leisure: there are in fact numerous literature and cinema books, as well as music CDs, with which to enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation in the living room.

The 103 sqm apartment is located on the second floor of a building without elevator: it is therefore necessary to climb 45 steps to access it.

There are 3 internal steps: in the living room area with bookcase, in the queen bedroom and in one of the two bedrooms with sofa bed.

7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Bari equal to €2 per person per night, for the first 4 nights.

The apartment is ideally located to stay in a central but quiet area, within walking distance of all the services needed for a comfortable stay: supermarkets, bars, pharmacies are within 400 meters. It is also only a 5-minute walk from the University and 15 minutes from the historic center, where you can spend wonderful evenings in the best and renowned clubs of the village.

The Bari Central Station is an 8-minute walk away, while just 100 meters away there is the Quintino Sella Metropolitan Train Station which connects to the Bari-Karol Wojtyla International Airport.

The flat is located outside the ZTL and can be reached by car. Street parking is paid on blue lines. Alternatively, you can park at:
