Cozy one-room apartment located on the ground floor of an elegant period building, perfect for 2 people! Just 350m from Piazza Garibaldi and the Court, in an area full of shops and restaurants. It is located in a popular and lively neighborhood. You will be right in the center and, by walking in complete tranquility, you can easily reach all the attractions. The historic center can be reached in 10 minutes on foot, and it is possible to park (for a fee) in a nearby garage.ù

The 45 sqm accommodation is located on the ground floor and is composed as follows:
- Kitchen with dining table, split A/C, TV and kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, traditional oven and coffee machine
- Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and split A/C
- Toilet with shower box and wc with hand shower
Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, heating with heat pump, drying rack and ironing board.

Attention: 2 irons are available but are shared with other apartments (availability not guaranteed).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

There are many events and manifestations such as the San Nicola Fair in May, and, especially, the Levante Fair, an international exhibition, which takes place in September. The Fair aims at encouraging exchanges between the East and the West, of which Bari is traditionally the most important meeting point.
The apartment is located in an excellent position: 15 minutes walk from the sea and from the port. In 10 minutes on foot you can easily reach the historic center, an ideal starting point for exploring the city and all the points of interest, such as the renowned raw fish market. All the services needed for a comfortable stay are within walking distance: supermarkets, bars, pharmacies are in fact within 300 meters.

- FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: you can reach the apartment by taking bus line 16 with the final stop "Crispi-Ravanas" 150 meters from the accommodation.

- FROM BARI CENTRAL STATION: the apartment can be reached on foot in 20 minutes (1.6 km) or by bus line 01 with the final stop "Crispi-Ravanas" 150 meters from the accommodation.

- IF YOU TRAVEL BY CAR: the accommodation is located outside the restricted traffic zone and can be reached by car. Street parking is paid on blue lines.
