The apartment is located on the first floor of a building without a lift.
In 90 square meters of space, it comfortably accommodates 6 people, with two double bedrooms (one of which has direct access to the terrace) and a living room with a double sofa bed.

We are located in the center but 150 meters from the sea, becoming an excellent destination for those in search of comfort.

Parking space in the garage includeed in the garage (NOT suitable for SUVs and large cars).

LIVING AREA. Living room with sofa bed and TV, kitchen equipped with washing machine, electric kettle, traditional oven and various kitchen utensils.
TWO DOUBLE BEDROOMS. Both with TV.
TWO BATHROOMS COMPLETE WITH SHOWER BOX. Bidet, hairdryer.
OTHER SERVICES. A / c split in the two bedrooms and in the living room, pocket wifi with 100 gigs per month, independent heating, iron and clothesline.

All guests' IDs must be shown upon check-in, as required by Italian law.

For all late check-ins from 21:00 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
From 21.00 to 23.00: EUR 25
From 23.00 to 00.00: EUR 30
Late check-ins are not available after midnight.

Upon arrival, you'll be asked to pay a city tax of EUR 1 per person per night, for the first 3 nights only, as requested by the Municipality of Aci Castello. People under 14 are exempt.
