Cozy apartment of about 44 square meters, which can accommodate up to 2 people, located on the ground floor of a renovated period building. The property is located in the heart of Catania, a 10-minute walk from the Central Station, in an area full of services and in a strategic position to reach all the main attractions of the center on foot, such as Piazza Duomo, Ursino Castle and Bellini Theater.
The apartment consists of a living area with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom.

The bedroom (without split AC) has a double bed and wardrobe.

On-street parking for a fee (blue lines).

PLEASE NOTE: The wifi is shared with the adjacent apartment, so it may less efficient.

All guests' IDs must be shown upon check-in, as required by Italian law.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Catania Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.
The keys can be collected for free via smartlock on site.
In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:30 (half past midnight).

For all late check-ins from 21:00 to 00:00, If you wish to collect the keys from a member of our staff, in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to:

The apartment is located in the center of Catania, a few minutes on foot from the Central Station and all the main services, including pharmacy, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Furthermore, with a walk it is possible to reach the main points of interest of the historic center, such as Piazza Duomo and the Cathedral of Sant'Agata, the historic local market, the Benedictine monastery, Ursino Castle, the Greek-Roman theater, the Vincenzo Bellini theater and the homonymous garden.
