It was a painter's studio and now it is a bright apartment of 60sqm, entirely renovated and designed for guests from all over the world!
The apartment is at the 4th floor of a 70s' building,located in a residential area of the city
It is spacious, bright and cozy, offering a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen... under the sky of Como!
The apt is accessible by stairs from the 3rd floor of the building, reachable by lift ONLY till the third floor.
The apartment is at the 4th floor of a 70s residential building; It is possible to take a lift till the 3rd floor, and then reach the 4th by stairs.
The attic is composed of
- a spacious LIVING ROOM with a dining table for 4 pax, a chair, a sofa, a TV.
- a BEDROOM with a double bed and some drawers
-a BATHROOM with a bath tub (usable also as a shower, closed by a curtain), bidet, toilet and sink.
- a KITCHEN, equipped by an electrical stove, oven, fridge, refrigerator, tea kettle, moka cafe machine, washing machine, breakfast table for 2 pax.
Unlimited WIFI and AC Split in living room and bedroom
All identity documents of the guests must be presented on arrival as required by Italian law.
Please note that assistance for any problems related to self check-in is possible until 9.30 pm: after this time, assistance is not guaranteed even by telephone.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Como, The tourist tax of 2 € per person for the first 4 days of stay. Children under the age of 14 and the handicapped are exempt.

The house is located in a residential area, 1.5 km distance from the Como city center and 2 km to the lake. Some cafes are 10 mt from the house, the closest Pizzeria is 100 mt distance; the supermarkets are 750mt distance. The closest Train Station is 1 km distance: Como Borghi FFNN: trains reach Milan in 45 minutes!
Como is an active Lombard town located at the southern end of the same name lake very well-known in Italy and in the world. Duomo, Broletto, Villa Olmo and Brunate hill reachable by funicular are certainly the most important and inevitable attractions during a stay in the city! Boats and hydrofoils leave heading to Cernobbio, Laglio, Bellagio and all the main towns of the lake, seats of international Dj-sets where you can take pictures and enjoy unforgettable moments of happiness!
In Como there are several events that attract thousands of visitors each month, especially "Como Città della Musica" festival in summertime and "Como Città dei Balocchi" Christmas markets in December!
