The property is located in Colle di Compito, a small medieval village, as well as a quiet hamlet surrounded by greenery of the town of Capannori, 15 km from Lucca.
The apartment consists of a kitchen, dining room and four double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.

- KITCHEN with induction hob (2 burners), fridge, freezer, coffee machine, traditional oven, microwave, kettle and kitchenware;
- DINING ROOM with dining table.

FIRST FLOOR:

- LUCCA ROOM: double bed, wardrobe, split A / C, TV and private bathroom;
- SIENA ROOM: double bed, wardrobe, desk, armchair, TV and private bathroom;
- FIRENZE ROOM: double bed, wardrobe, TV and private bathroom;
- 4 EN SUITE BATHROOMS (1 for each room) with shower box, sink, WC with integrated bidet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer and instect screens.

The apartment is located in Colle di Compito (15 km from Lucca), a small medieval village in the municipality of Capannori. The village is well known for its landscape with olive trees and for its parish church of Santa Maria Assunta, built on a previous Romanesque building.
Known as the "land of the camellia" due to the impressive cultivations of this flower of Asian origins, the municipal territory of Capannori includes about forty smaller localities, including small medieval villages and almost 150 noble villas (from the 15th to the 19th century) scattered among the hills.

Among the main attractions of Capannori, it is worth mentioning:
- Villa Torrigiani (18 km, 30 minutes by car), built in the 16th century and whose garden was awarded as "Italy's most beautiful park" in 2018;
- Pieve di Compito (6 km, 10 minutes by car), known as "the village of camellias";
- the "Oak of the Witches" (20 km, 30 minutes by car), an imposing tree around which, according to the legend, the witches of the area danced, also known as the "Pinocchio's Oak", as it is believed to have inspired Collodi about the scene of the puppet's hanging in the homonymous book.

- Alma bar: 650m (8 minutes on foot);
- Il Giardinetto restaurant: 800m (9 minutes on foot);
- Di Bene Giorgina minimarket: 2,3 km (5 minutes by car / 19 minutes on foot).

In order to better visit the area and fully enjoy the landscapes, villages and breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside, we recommend you to travel by car. It is possible to rent a car at Galileo Galilei International Airport (Pisa).
