* BATHROOM. Shower box, toilet and bidet, hairdryer.

* OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Split air conditioning in all rooms, free wifi, washing machine, television, iron, drying rack and clothes hanger.

The apartment is for exclusive use of the Guests!

A member of our Team Pisa will contact you a few days before your arrival to organize your check-in. They will meet you at the apartment to hand you the keys and they will be at your disposal for any information and further assistance before and during your stay. We are available by phone, e-mail or Airbnb direct messaging service.

We will give you great tips to make your stay even more special and unique!

According to Italian law, all identity documents of the guests must be exhibited on arrival.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Pisa (€2.50 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Pisa Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.
The keys can be collected for free via keybox on site.
In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:00.

Alternatively, from 15:00 to 21:00, it is possible to collect the keys free of charge at our office in Via Sant'Agostino 4 (Pisa).

If instead you wish to collect the keys from a member of our staff, in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to:
- From 15:00 to 21:00: 15.00 euro;
- From 21:00 to 23:00: 25.00 euro;
- From 23:00 to 24:00: 30.00 euro;
- From 24:00 to 1:30: 40.00 euro.

-From Pisa Galileo Galilei International Airport it is possible to easily reach the apartment by E3 / E25 lines to Via Bonanno 52 stop, a 3-minute walk from the property.

-From Pisa Central Station it is possible to reach the apartment by LAM ROSSA / Linea 5 lines to "Rustichello 2" stop, 1 minute walk away from the property.

If you're travelling by car, you can find parking slots on the sorrounding streets for a fee (blue stripes).
