Also, the flat is a 10 minute walk from the San Giovanni Basilica. The apartment is outside the LTZ, and you can park, for a fee, in the street or in Appio Parking.

-BATHROOM 1: shower, sink, bidet and toilet.
-BATHROOM 2: shower, sink, bidet and toilet (inside bedroom 2).
-BATHROOM 3: shower, sink, bidet and toilet;
-BALCONY.

OTHER SERVICES: unlimited wifi, air conditioning, shared heating system, gas-powered water heater, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.

Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment.

-From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport it is possible to reach Rome Termini Station by Leonardo Express shuttle service. From the train station you can take the MEA Anagnina underground line to "Re di Roma" stop, which is a 4 minute walk from the apartment.

-From Rome Ciampino International Airport it is possible to reach Cinecittà (Tuscolana/Cinecittà stop) by 520 bus line. From Cinecittà it is possible to take the MEA Battistini underground line to "Re di Roma" stop, which is a 4 minute walk from the apartment.

-From Rome Termini Station it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the MEA Anagnina underground line to "Re di Roma" stop, which is a 4 minute walk from the apartment.

If you're travelling by car, you can park, for a fee, on the street or at Appio Parking, in via Faleria 24, a 4 minute walk away.

The keys to the apartment can be picked up on the day of check-in from 2 p.m. at a KeyNest pick-up point that will be notified to you 2 days before your arrival. The KeyNest pick-up point is located in the immediate proximity of the apartment at a maximum of a 10-minute walk. Upon check-out, keys must be returned to the same KeyNest pick-up point.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:00 pm.

NB: It is mandatory to complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
