It is located in the center of Rome, in a perfect spot for visiting the city on foot or by public transport.
The building is located within the ZTL, it is possible to park, for a fee, at the Parking in Via Bravaria 8 (4 minutes on foot).
The space
The internal space is divided as follows:

LIVING ROOM: two seater sofa and access to the balcony. Dining area, desk with chair.
KITCHEN: coffee machine, wine glasses, hob, oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, washing machine.
BEDROOM 1: double bed and wardrobe.
BATHROOM (accessible from bedroom 1 and there is a step): shower cubicle, bidet, toilet and sink.
BEDROOM 2: single bed, wardrobe and desk.


OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited wifi, portable fans, iron and ironing board, clothesline.

The building is located within the City Center Restricted Traffic Area, it is possible to park at the Via Bravaria 8 Parking and then reach the apartment on foot in 4 minutes.
