45 sqm apartment just a few minutes from the Taormina's centre - in a quiet and residential area. Located on the second floor of a building with a lift (not suitable for disabled people), it comes with a private terrace overlooking the sea!

The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING AREA/KITCHEN: with a double sofa bed, a TV and a kitchen equipped with coffee and Moka machine, electric oven, microwave oven and kitchenware. Direct access to the terrace with seaview;
- BEDROOM: with a double bed, a TV and a wardrobe;
- BATHROOM: with a shower, bidet, WC
Bath towels and bed linen available for all guests.
FURTHER AMENITIES: A/C (1 split in the bedroom and 2 splits in the living area), unlimited free Wi-Fi, hairdryer, washing machine (on the balcony), iron and ironing board, mosquito nets in all windows, safe with combination and clothesline
Internal private parking included and assigned
The swimming pool is for the condo's private use and our guests are allowed to a deckchair. Opening hours: from 10.00 to 19.00.
The swimming pool will be open from 1/06 to 30/09.
The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax (EUR 3 per person per night, for the first 10 nights only, as requested by the Municipality of Taormina).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Taormina Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.
For all late check-ins from 20:30 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:

Taormina is a city full of artistic and natural wonders. Do not miss the opportunity to visit to the Roman Theater (Odeon Theater), the Ancient Theater (Greek Theater), as well as the Cathedral and the Castle. The beaches adjacent to Isola Bella, the boat ride to the spectacular Blue Grotto and the town of Giardini di Naxos are unmissable destinations during your stay.
The cable car is only a 6-minute walk away, thorugh which it is possible to reach the beaches of Mazzarò and Isola Bella in just 3 minutes.

- Corso Umberto (main street): 10 minutes on foot;
- Ancient Theater: 10 minutes on foot;

Taormina’s historic centre is closed to traffic, so you have to leave your car in one of the city's car parks. The nearest one to our apartment is "Lumbi parking", with reasonable weekly and monthly prices. Lumbi Parking offers a free shuttle bus service to the centre of Taormina. It runs:
- from Sunday to Friday from 7:00 am (first ride from the parking) to 0:50 am (last ride from Piazza San Pancrazio).
- on Saturday from 7.00 am (first ride from the parking) to 1:50 am (last ride from Piazza San Pancrazio).
The nearest stop to our apartment is only 250 metres away.
From Catania-Fontanarossa airport, it is possible to reach Taormina by:
- Bus of the Interbus company to Taormina.
- AMT Alibus to Catania station, where you can take the regional train to Taormina train station.
- Taxi from the airport (about 55 minutes).
From Taormina station, it is possible to reach the center with the buses of the Interbus company.
Taormina is well connected with all the most beautiful destinations in Sicily (the Valley of the Temples, Syracuse, Palermo, Piazza Ermerina, Mount Etna, etc.), also through numerous organized trips.
It is also possible to reach on foot, with a long walk, or by urban bus the near town of Castelmola with a panoramic view of Taormina, where it is possible to taste the delicious almond wine (we recommend to stop at the characteristic "Bar Turrisi", for very ironic people).
