Vanchiglia Apt with terrace and view of the Mole!

Cozy and spacious apartment that accommodates 4 people with great comfort, located in Vanchiglia district, at the gates of historic center, easily reachable by public transport or a 15-minute walk. The flat boasts a double exposure with a balcony and a little terrace, thus offering a breathtaking view over the whole city: on one side the hills of Turin and the Basilica of Superga, on the other the Royal Palace and the Mole, which will seem so close to you that you can touch it with your hand!

The 80 sqm apartment is located on the eighth floor of a building with elevator (reachable by a flight of stairs) and is composed as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, traditional oven and microwave
- Living room with queen sofa bed, TV and split AC
- Bedroom with queen bed, wardrobe and split AC
- Toilet with wc, bidet and shower box (one step to access it)
- Closet
- Balcony with access from the living area
- Small terrace equipped with table and chairs x2, with access from the dining area
Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, central heating with hot water boiler, fan, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).
N.B. In the case of long stays (over 30 days) the linen will be collected every maximum 15 days by the cleaning company.
Once collected, the guest can choose:
- to use their own;
- the replacement: in this case there is a cost of €15 for a queen set and €8 for each additional set.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.

According to the Italian Law, upon arrival our guest will be required to show a valid identity document in order to record all the details of each guest.

The keys will be collected in our office in via Filippo Juvarra 24 in Turin, from 11.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 23.00. It will be possible to enter the apartment after 15:00.

The office can be reached from Porta Susa Station (where all regional / intercity and high-speed trains stop and also the Sadem shuttle from the airport) in 5 minutes on foot. If you are traveling by car, you will find free places in front of the office where you can leave the car in order to collect the keys.

It will be possible to leave your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3.00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in.

For those who take advantage of the self check-in, we will offer a welcome welcome kit.

After 21, check-in directly at the apartment is possible with the following extra costs:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00
- EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30
All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement, is 01:30.

The Vanchiglia district is a very lively and quiet neighborhood at the same time. It houses many craft shops and studios of artists and photographers, many shops dedicated to vintage for both clothing and furnishings, numerous specialized restaurants, from just baking to vegan menus, Japanese cuisine, typical trattoria and pizzeria. Vanchiglia is a lively and young neighborhood, which has blossomed in recent years. Shops, clubs and restaurants follow one another along its narrow streets. In the evening, you don't need to take long walks to find some entertainment. Furthermore, on Wednesday and Saturday mornings, a food market is also held in Piazza Santa Giulia.
The apartment is located just 15 minutes walk from the Mole Antonelliana, in a central and strategic position for exploring the city center and its monuments. Near the flat you will also find all the essential services: from bus stops to supermarkets, from shops to ATMs, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pastry shops: everything you need for a comfortable stay!

The house is located outside the ZTL and it is possible to park on the street for free on white lines (NOT guaranteed) or for a fee on blue lines. Alternatively, it is possible to park for a fee at the Garage Esperia, located in Via Fontanesi 16, 1 minute walk from the flat.

The zone is covered by car sharing services, such as Car2go and Enjoy, and by bike sharing services. The city center is 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes by public transport.
In particular, under the house there are the stops of lines 75 and 6, also convenient for reaching the Porta Nuova station. Caselle Airport is 20 minutes away by car.
