In 75 square meters of space it comfortably accommodates 4 people.

It is located in the beating heart of splendid Rome, in the Testaccio district, a stone's throw from the Pyramid of Cestius, near the green banks of the Tiber. The historic center, and also San Pietro, is well connected by several tram and bus lines.

The internal space is divided as follows:

LIVING ROOM: double sofa bed, armchair and TV. Ceiling fan.
KITCHEN: fridge, freezer, hob, electric and microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle and moka.
BEDROOM: double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables with lamps and desk. Ceiling fan.
BATHROOM: bathtub with shower, bidet, toilet and sink, hairdryer..

The house is located in the heart of Testaccio, the historic district of central Rome, a neighborhood that has maintained over time its particular spirit difficult to find today in other areas of central Rome. It is located on the slopes of the Aventino, on the left bank of the Tiber a short distance from the Circus Maximus and the Fori Imperiali.
It is a lively district, full of trattorias, pizzerias, wine bars, restaurants, bars and night clubs.
To taste the real Roman cuisine you can choose from the many trattorias in the neighborhood:
