Charming Loft perfect for 3 and located in a very central position, which allows you to reach the main places of interest of the city in a few minutes on foot, walking under the Turin arcades: Mole Antonelliana, Palazzo Reale, Museo Egizio ... Along the river, it is also possible to reach the Parco del Valentino in a few minutes on foot, for moments of complete relax in contact with nature.
Intimate and comfortable, equipped with all comforts.
Nice and comfortable 22 sq.mt loft studio apartment, located on the first floor of a period building with a lift (but not suitable for the disabled), in a lively and very safe area, behind Piazza Vittorio Veneto and a few steps from the Mole Antonelliana and near the Royal Gardens.
★ LIVING AREA: The house consists of a comfortable living area with a single sofa bed, desk with monitor and keyboard, open kitchen equipped with everything you need to enjoy pleasant breakfasts and complete lunches - stove, refrigerator, freezer, traditional oven and microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, cutlery, cups and goblets.
★ SLEEPING AREA: located on a characteristic mezzanine and equipped with a queen bed
★ BATHROOM: with shower, bidet and hairdryer
FURTHER SERVICES: UNLIMITED WIFI, TV, fan, central heating, iron and ironing board, clothes hanger, hair dryer.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).
N.B. In the case of long stays (over 30 days) the linen will be collected every maximum 15 days by the cleaning company.
Once collected, the guest can choose:
- to use their own;
- the replacement: in this case there is a cost of €15 for a queen set and €8 for each additional set.
The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.
According to the Italian Law, upon arrival our guest will be required to show a valid identity document in order to record all the details of each guest.
The keys will be collected in our office in via Filippo Juvarra 24 in Turin, from 11.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 23.00. It will be possible to enter the apartment after 15:00.
The office can be reached from Porta Susa Station (where all regional / intercity and high-speed trains stop and also the Sadem shuttle from the airport) in 5 minutes on foot. If you are traveling by car, you will find free places in front of the office where you can leave the car in order to collect the keys.
It will be possible to leave your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3.00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in.
For those who take advantage of the self check-in, we will offer a welcome welcome kit.
After 21, check-in directly at the apartment is possible with the following extra costs:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00
- EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30
All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement, is 01:30.
The apartment is located close to Piazza Vittorio Veneto, one of the main squares in the center of Turin, overlooking the Po river. The area, home to many outdoor events, as well as the "movida torinese", is well served and allows you to reach all the main places of historical and cultural interest on foot, walking under the Turin arcades (Mole Antonelliana, Palazzo Reale, Museo del Risorgimento and Egyptian Museum); moreover, walking along the river, in the shadow of the hilly landscape, it is also possible to reach the Parco del Valentino in a few minutes on foot, for moments of complete relaxation in contact with nature.
In Piazza Vittorio Veneto, 2 minutes walk from the apartment, the main tram and bus stops are located, allowing you to reach any area of the city.
The airport is about 30 minutes away by car.
the shuttle to the airport leaves from the main railway stations (Porta Nuova and Porta Susa), costs € 7.50 per person (€ 12 return) and takes 45 min.
the apartment is about 10 minutes by car from Porta Nuova (20 minutes by public transport) and about 12 minutes by car from Porta Susa (15 minutes by public transport).
